I started a cleansing fast today. Had an infra-red sauna followed by a deep tissue massage. I'm going to be squeaky clean from the inside out.... TMI??? Sowwy...
And I painted clouds. Now that I can barely move, I think I will cuddle up with my kitty and sleep for a week.
