A day of gentle rain refreshed my heart, and washed away any guilt I had about not accomplishing what I had planned to do this time tomorrow--today.

All true artists, whether they know it or not, create from a place of no-mind, from inner stillness.--Eckhart Tolle

I needed the rain to help me feel that inner stillness. Not guilt.

A huge chunk of one of my molars broke off today. I swallowed it. Does that count towards my daily intake of calcium for strong bones and teeth???

Hmmmm..... Tomorrow will be a better day.

  1. Hi Lille, thanks for joining my blog. I was intrigued when I read your profile. You sound wonderfully talented and gifted. I really hope you are able to get in touch with your inner artist. I suffer from depression from time to time and I know how much it helps to create. Also just want to say how much I admire your courage and desire to not let you PTSD dictate your life. My son was recently diagnosed as Bi-polar and I don't think people realize how debilitating depression can be. Take care and let me know when you create something!

Thanks for stopping by Woodstock Lily! Leave a comment and I'll reply as soon as I can~
