My sons went to a private school where t...So True! My sons went to a private school where there was lots of diversity. They brought Afro-American kids, Hispanic kids, and Asian kids home with them on the weekends. To this day, my oldest son's best friend as an Afro-American he met at that school, and they've maintained a bond for 18 years. He was one of the groomsmen at my son's wedding 10 years ago.<br />I loved that my kids were color-blind; especially in spite of the fact that my first FIL was a bit of a bigot.
