Fabulous post. Now I know why I came to Christchurch - to help others through the trauma of the two earthquakes. And you are right - love is the answer. Always was. Always will be. Keep doing what your doing - love and light to you!! Arohanui x
ReplyDeleteWelcome back!!
ReplyDeleteHello there sweetie, I was wondering where you were. Had left you messages that were unanswered and I know that's not like you. It's good that you are listening to your body and taking time out when you need it. Sometimes you just need to spend some time 'with you' and it looks like your me time has paid wonderful dividends.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your most recent awards and accolades, how wonderful that you have been spotted and recognised as the wonderfully supportive and loving lady that you are. I am so proud to know you and call you 'my friend'.
Lots of love to you Lille, keep on keeping on my lovely.
With big love
Dee xxx
Sending you love and light as always, I'm so happy your recovering and healing well

well, I dunno.
ReplyDeleteI sometimes fall asleep, and in a place where I can't wake up, I have to go clean the inside of the helicopter cockpit...
Blood is splattered everywhere, portions of meat (a .51 cal will tear off beef stew like sized pieces, only not as square and pretty) and it's all gone brown and sticky like a gravy with too much gell....
It would be easier if I hadn't had to actually clean the thing in the first place. After I was done cleaning it, nothing was worth saving, anyway.
The pilot died (third or fourth week in country) the co-pilot lost a leg in the deal, and I'm just 19 at the time.
As it was 1971....I wonder...when will I be done paying for the war?
